This role focuses on design consistency and brand alignment, ensuring all projects under the Abu Dhabi division adhere to Reportage’s design standards and architectural vision.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee concept designs to ensure consistency with Reportage’s architectural standards and brand identity• Review, coordinate, and implement design models across projects• Ensure design intent, vision, and quality are aligned across all developments• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistency in materials, layouts, and architectural language• Act as the design guardian for the Abu Dhabi portfolio

• Strong background in concept review and design governance• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for consistency and architectural quality• Experience managing and implementing design standards across multiple projects.
