- Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online forms
- Communicate fluently in Arabic and English
- Build rapport quickly and understand client needs
- Deliver clear online software demonstrations
- Explain certification processes, timelines, and pricing clearly
- Handle objections and close sales confidently
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client follow-ups
- Ensure all client information and documentation is complete and submitted on time
- Manage daily workload and priorities effectively
