Guildhall is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to lead and expand our industrial tools business in the UAE. This is a strategic role responsible for managing key clients, developing new business opportunities, and building a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and grow key accounts, including ADNOC, shipyards, aerospace companies, and other industrial clients.2. Drive sales of hand tools, power tools, hydraulic tools, industrial equipment, and consumables. 3. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth. 4. Build and lead a team to support the business, including recruiting, training, and managing staff. 5. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 6. Identify market trends, new business opportunities, and potential risks.
1. Proven experience in industrial tools and equipment sales, preferably in the UAE or Middle East. 2. Established network and customer connections with major industrial clients. 3. Track record of managing key accounts and meeting/exceeding sales targets. 4. Experience in team building and leadership. 5. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. 7. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
