Guildhall is looking for a hands-on PPC Marketing Specialist to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads performance for a renowned global brand. In this role, you will be fully responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing high-performing campaigns in both Arabic and English, focused on driving high-quality leads for a premium B2B service. This is not a managerial role, so you will be the day-to-day operator handling all aspects of PPC performance.Responsibilities:• Plan, build, and optimise Search/Display (Google) and Paid Social (Meta) campaigns to generate leads.• Write and localise ad copy in both Arabic and English, and manage extensions and assets.• Manage daily pacing, bids, audiences, negatives, and structured A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.• Accurately track campaign performance using GA4 and GTM, defining events, conversions, and UTMs.• Report weekly and monthly on CPL/CPA, conversion rates, and actionable next steps.• Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.
• 2–5 years of hands-on PPC experience (not just oversight) with proven campaign ownership and optimization.• Proven experience managing monthly budgets of AED 50k–150k+ with measurable ROI.• Strong Arabic skills (native-level or advanced) and fluent English for ad copy and communications.• Practical experience using GA4, GTM, UTMs, and a basic understanding of landing page optimization/CRO.• Comfortable working in a corporate environment with a focus on repetitive optimization and structured reporting.• Currently located in Dubai with valid UAE work status (or transferable sponsorship).• Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications in Google Ads/Meta Blueprint are a plus.• Experience in B2B lead generation (real estate, education, healthcare, services).• Knowledge of French (not required, but a bonus).
