We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the testing efforts to ensure the delivery of top-quality software products, collaborating closely with development and product teams to identify and resolve issues before release.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for various software applications.- Lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks to optimize testing efficiency.- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback for improvement.- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.- Mentor and guide junior test engineers to elevate testing practices within the team.- Analyze testing results and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.- Stay up-to-date with emerging testing tools, techniques, and best practices, recommending improvements as needed.
- Proven experience as a Test Engineer, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.- Expertise in automated testing frameworks and scripting languages.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively across teams.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.- Passion for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
