We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Architect to design, implement, and optimize our enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, with a focus on scalability, security, and high availability. Experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly desirable.Area/Responsibilities•Infrastructure DesignLead the architecture, design, and deployment of robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure solutions.•Cloud & Hybrid SolutionsArchitect and migrate workloads to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrate with on-premise systems.•Security & ComplianceEnsure infrastructure adheres to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for security and compliance.•Performance OptimizationMonitor, analyze, and optimize infrastructure performance, capacity, and cost.•CollaborationWork closely with development, security, and operations teams to align infrastructure with business goals.•Banking DomainLeverage experience in banking/financial services to design solutions that meet industry-specific needs.
Qualifications & SkillsRequirement Details•EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.•Experience10+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in an architectural role. Banking domain experience is a strong plus.•Technical SkillsProficiency in cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, storage, security, and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).•CertificationsRelevant certifications (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, ITIL, etc.) are preferred.•Soft SkillsStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
