We are seeking a Professional Hostess to join our team and ensure that every guest has a positive and memorable experience when they visit our office. Ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests, assisting with food and beverage service, ensuring the cleanliness of the office space, and delivering an outstanding experience for all visitors. Responsibilities:•Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor as they arrive at property events, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.•Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring that refreshments are presented neatly and meet our standards of quality.•Ensure the meeting space is kept clean and organized at all times by regularly wiping surfaces, disposing of trash, and keeping restrooms stocked and tidy.•Assist in the set-up and breakdown of event spaces, making sure all areas are in order before and after events.•Work effectively with the team to ensure a smooth flow of the event and that all guests are properly attended to.
•Previous experience as a hostess / server, preferably within a hospitality or real estate environment.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with guests professionally and courteously.•A keen eye for detail, particularly in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring that meeting rooms remains inviting throughout.•Ability to serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.•Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends.•Positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
