Be part of Jayasom.Job Purpose:- Drive and integrate Jayasom’s sustainability strategy by developing and implementing initiatives that enhance environmental preservation, stakeholder wellness, and socio-cultural development.- Ensure the resort operates in innovative and sustainable ways while serving as an ambassador of wellness and sustainability culture for both employees and guests.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve environmental sustainability in line with local regulations and Jayasom’s goals.- Define and monitor Key Sustainability Performance Indicators (KSPIs) to track progress and improvements.- Lead innovations in resource efficiency, zero waste, and sustainable operations.- Communicate sustainability strategies across teams through training, events, and internal platforms.- Collaborate with leadership, departments, local authorities, and external partners to ensure compliance and impact.- Organize sustainability initiatives, social responsibility activities, and engaging programs for guests and colleagues.- Audit, measure, and continuously improve sustainability practices, staying updated on industry best practices.Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. Qualifications:- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sustainability (preferred), or related field.- Must have experience with sustainability reporting, and environmental preservation.- Must be knowledgeable with best practices of corporate responsibility.- Must also be knowledgeable with natural resource, energy, waste and safety sustainability planning and reporting.
