Be part of Jayasom.Job Purpose:- Oversee all procurement activities, manage vendor relationships, and optimize the resort’s purchasing processes to maintain high quality standards and cost-efficiency.- Ambassador of the company’s wellness and sustainability culture, promote its awareness amongst team members by leading by example and living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with resort objectives.- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and manage approved supplier database.- Oversee inventory control, purchasing processes, and budget management to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.- Monitor market trends, conduct cost analysis, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising standards.- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, contracts, and auditing procedures.- Manage procurement records, contracts, and financial transactions accurately.- Support finance and operations teams in budgeting, reporting, and pricing initiatives.- Represent the resort in procurement-related trade shows and industry events.Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. Qualifications:- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain (preferred), or any related field.- Must have at least 3 to 5 years of previous experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel / resort.- Must have pre-opening experience.
