We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Control Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in monitoring project performance, ensuring timely delivery, and managing costs effectively to drive successful project outcomes.Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software.- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays early.- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives.- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, cost control, and resource allocation.- Analyze project data to support decision-making and optimize project efficiency.- Implement and maintain project control systems and procedures.- Ensure compliance with company policies and construction safety standards.
Experience: 8–12 YearsQualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering- ADNOC project experience preferred- Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost control & reporting- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project & Excel- Experience in progress tracking, EOT, claims & variance analysis
