We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Civil) to join our dynamic construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery within budget.Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet project milestones effectively.- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to address issues and optimize project outcomes.- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety protocols are followed.- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, contracts, and technical drawings.- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays.- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineering staff and site teams.- Ensure all projects adhere to applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Experience: 12–15 Years- ADNOC project experience is mandatory- Strong knowledge of civil construction, QA/QC & HSE standards- Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors & site teams- Ability to manage drawings, execution, and progress reporting- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry, preferably with civil projects.- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management techniques.- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.- Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office suite.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project requirements.- Knowledge of UAE construction codes and safety standards is highly desirable.
