We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in civil construction projects to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project cost management, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation to drive successful project delivery within budget and timelines.Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil construction projects.- Monitor project progress and costs to ensure adherence to budgets.- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve cost-related issues.- Conduct risk assessments and implement cost control measures.- Prepare tender documents, evaluate contractor bids, and assist in contract negotiations.- Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and prepare regular financial reports.- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to quantity surveying and construction costs.
Experience: 8–12 YearsQualification: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering- ADNOC project experience preferred- Strong knowledge of BOQs, estimation, cost control & variations- Experience in measurement, billing & subcontractor payments- Familiar with ADNOC contracts, FIDIC & site coordination
