We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to join our dynamic construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications and timelines.Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to execute project plans effectively.- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is progressing according to design and standards.- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders to update on project status.- Resolve site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain workflow continuity.- Ensure all materials and workmanship meet company and regulatory standards.- Assist in preparing project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
Experience: 5–10 Years- ADNOC site experience preferred- Experience in civil construction, execution & site coordination- Ability to read drawings, manage site activities & subcontractors- Knowledge of HSE & QA/QC site procedures- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.- Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and legal regulations.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.- Proficient in project management software and MS Office.- Fluency in English; additional languages related to the region are a plus.- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on site.
