Hiring a Civil Project Manager with ADNOC experience to handle planning, execution, and delivery of civil works in compliance with ADNOC standards.Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of ADNOC civil construction projects from initiation to completion.- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high quality standards.- Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.- Lead and mentor project team members to enhance productivity and professional growth.- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to technical specifications and contract requirements.
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering- 15+ years experience, including ADNOC civil projects- Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, HSE & QA/QC- Experience coordinating with ADNOC PMC / consultants- Primavera P6 / MS Project proficiency preferred
